Frequently Asked Questions
How long does production take?
Processing Time
Once we receive your order, we begin processing it within 2-3 business days. Since most of our items are made to order, this time includes production.
- Premium Jewelry (such as Heart Pendants, Message Cards, Dog Tags, and Photo Upload Jewelry) typically takes 2-3 business days to produce.
- Custom Name Jewelry (including Custom Name Necklaces, Bracelets, and Earrings) takes a bit longer, with processing times between 8-11 business days, as these personalized pieces are handmade.
Once your item ships, tracking information will be sent to the email you provided. Please keep in mind that during holidays or sales, processing may take a little longer.
How can I cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly—usually within 24 hours. If you need to cancel, please send us an email at Support@Consenscere.com within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, your item may already be in production, and we might not be able to accommodate cancellations.
Can I edit the custom text on my order?
Yes, custom text changes can be made within 24 hours after placing your order. Unfortunately, any requests made after 24 hours cannot be guaranteed, as your order may have already entered production. For text changes, email us at Support@Consenscere.com with the updated details.
Jewelry Care Tips
What materials are the necklaces made from?
Our custom jewelry is handcrafted from high-quality stainless steel, and many of our pieces are available with 14K gold plating for an elegant finish.
Can I shower or swim with my jewelry?
It’s best to remove your jewelry before swimming or bathing. Pools and Jacuzzis contain chlorine, which can cause discoloration if your jewelry is exposed for too long. So, when it’s time to dive in, make sure to take your jewelry off.
How can I protect and store my jewelry?
To keep your customized jewelry safe, store it in a box or container where it won’t tangle or get scratched. A jewelry box with a soft lining works perfectly, but you can also line a simple box with fabric to create a protective space. If you ever need assistance with your jewelry, we’re happy to help.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are as follows:
- Premium Jewelry (Heart Pendants, Message Cards, Dog Tags, and Photo Upload Jewelry): 2-5 business days
- Custom Name Jewelry (Free Shipping): 5-9 business days
What if I made a mistake with my shipping address?
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us within 48 hours. As long as your order hasn't shipped yet, we can update the address.
If your item has already been shipped, we recommend taking the following steps:
- Track the package: Use your tracking number to redirect the package or request that it be held at the destination for you to retrieve.
- Contact the current residents: If you can’t redirect the package, you may need to reach out to the current residents of the incorrect address to arrange for the item’s retrieval.
- Visit the delivery address: If feasible, you can try to visit the listed address on the day of delivery and explain the situation to collect your package.
Please note that once an item is shipped, we no longer have control over it, as we are not the shipping provider. However, we will always provide assistance based on our shipping policies.
Refunds & Cancellations
How can I request a refund?
To request a refund, simply reach out to us at Support@Consenscere.com. We’ll work with you to process your request as smoothly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are credited to your original form of payment. If you paid with a credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 3-7 business days after we receive the returned item or your cancellation request.
For questions regarding when the credit will be posted to your account, please contact your card-issuing bank directly.
If you haven’t seen your refund yet, here’s what to do:
- Contact your bank or credit card company—it may take some time for the refund to be posted.
- Check with the card issuer for any processing delays.
